Returns Policy - Updated For Chritsmas Gifts
We offer a full refund for purchases returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Purchases returned after this but before 9th January 2021 will receive an exchange or credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of Donnellan&Co Limited, and may only be issued as a credit against a future purchase.
The product must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. If we suspect that a product has been used or smell of smoke or any other odour, it is our policy to return the goods to the purchaser.
For reasons of health & hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of underwear once the original packaging has been opened.
Also, we do not issue refunds on gift card purchases.
How to Return
Option 1: Delivery
Please complete the Returns Form enclosed and return along with your items using An Post, or a courier of your choice, to:

If the returns form has been lost or misplaced, just simply write out your name, contact details and whether you are seeking a refund, exchange or credit note on a sheet and send it back along with your items.
Option 2: Return In-Store
Complete the returns form enclosed with your order and return to any till point in-store. Please note, we will refund you the same method as original payment through our online system. Refunds will not be issued in-store.
How to Exchange
Option 1:
We are happy to offer an exchange of an item for another size, providing the product being returned is unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Let us know the size you desire through info@donnellan.ie and we can hold it aside until we receive your purchased item back.
If a different product is desired then a new order must be completed on the website.
Option 2: Exchange In Store
You can also exchange your purchase in-store.
