Returns & Exchanges Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Donnellan & Co.

  • 14-Day Refunds: We offer a full refund on items returned within 14 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

  • 28-Day Exchanges & Credit: We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for items returned within 28 dayswith proof of purchase.

Condition of Items: All returned products must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note that if an item shows signs of wear, or carries any odors (such as smoke), it will be returned to the sender.

Exclusions:

  • For reasons of health and hygiene, underwear cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return
Option 1: Delivery
Please complete the Returns Form enclosed and return along with your items using An Post, or a courier of your choice, to:

If the returns form has been lost or misplaced, just simply write out your name, contact details and whether you are seeking a refund, exchange or credit note on a sheet and send it back along with your items.

Option 2: Return In-Store
Complete the returns form enclosed with your order and return to any till point in-store. Please note, we will refund you the same method as original payment through our online system. Refunds will not be issued in-store. 

How to Exchange
 Option 1:
We are happy to offer an exchange of an item for another size, providing the product being returned is unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Let us know the size you desire through info@donnellan.ie and we can hold it aside until we receive your purchased item back.
If a different product is desired then a new order must be completed on the website.
Option 2: Exchange In Store
You can also exchange your purchase in-store.
