1. Ownership
Donnellan & Co. is a trading name of Edward Donnellan & Company Limited. This website is the property of Edward Donnellan & Company Limited, Registered company number 35617 and registered office Main Street, Roscommon. All material on this website is copyright of Edward Donnellan & Company Limited and is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

2. Products and Pricing
We take every precaution to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website or amend the price of a product without any prior notification. The prices of a product, as displayed on our website, include VAT where relevant, but do not include the delivery charges. Discount codes are only applicable on full priced items and some codes require a minimum spend.

3. Ordering Goods
After placing an order through our website, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A second email informing you of the product’s shipment is confirmation of such acceptance. The contract between us will only be formed once we send you the confirmation of shipment.

We may refuse to accept an order from you, as a result of one or more of the following:
1. The product you ordered is out of stock.
2. A pricing or product description error.
3. Inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

If we must refuse your order, we will try to contact you with the email address provided. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation.

4. Gift Cards
We offer free shipping for all gift cards ordered. All our gift cards are sent via An Post and are dispatched within 24 hours of order.
Gift Cards cannot be used to pay on our website and can only be used in-store. There is no expiry date on our gift cards and they are delivered in signature Donnellan&Co packaging.
Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. We cannot take responsibility for any gift cards that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.
