Delivery Information

Delivery Costs: 
- Ireland & Northern Ireland: Free Delivery for orders over €49 or collect in-store. If the order is under €49 there is a delivery charge of €5.  
- UK (England, Wales, Scotland) can be arranged, but shipping/customs costs can vary. Please email us directly at info@donnellan.ie for more information.
- International Delivery: Can be arranged, please contact us at info@donnellan.ie

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, such as Christmas, the delivery may take longer.

 

Click and Collect:
We offer a click&collect service. When checking out, simply select ‘Pick up (Click & Collect)’ in the delivery method section. After placing your order you will receive an Email/Text Confirmation to confirm your order has been placed successfully. We ask that you please await a confirmation email/text to notify you that your order is Ready for Collection. You can then collect your order at any till point in store during opening hours. Please present your Ready for Collection email with your unique order number on your phone/tablet when collecting your order.

 

Delivery Tracking:
We use An Post for deliveries. When your items are ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then check the status of your delivery on www.anpost.ie.

 

Incomplete Order:
In the unlikely event that and item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to offer you an alternative or a full refund.

 

Gift Card Delivery:
We offer free shipping for all gift cards ordered. All our gift cards are sent via An Post.

 

Taxes & Duties
Please note that if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, local import duties and sales taxes may be payable by you on receipt of your delivery.
